We can accept returns for unopened products, within 30 days of purchase, for a full refund.
We are unable to accept items that have been opened.
However, we can provide a 50% refund (not including shipping) for a product that has not met your quality standards. Please send us pictures or any other relevant information to indicate the reason for the return. Please do not return the product for being too fatty - this is the feature of pemmican that makes it great!
