Our pemmican is made from four simple ingredients: Montana grass-fed beef, rendered beef fat, salt, and a carefully selected blend of spices (depending on the recipe). The beef is slowly dried and finely ground before being combined with rich, rendered fat and seasoned for a savory, satisfying flavor. Nothing unnecessary—just quality Montana beef, nourishing fat, and a little seasoning, made the old-fashioned way.
