Shortly after eating one of these pemmican bars for breakfast I no longer feel even a little bit hungry and my energy levels are rock solid until past lunch (although I normally make myself eat lunch for nutrition reasons). I find myself in such a positive state (utterly satiated, slightly energetic, libido up, clear thinking, better mood) that the overall experience is mildly euphoric. I just wish I could afford to eat them more often. Hopefully there’s a really good Black Friday sale?

It's a crime that pemmican is only now something that's easy to find. This stuff is the future of all things endurance sports, meal replacement, emergency kits, heck, I could probably live off of this stuff. If you're wondering whether it's worth it, stop wondering, start realizing that pemmican is your new favorite superfood.
This pemmican ( I ordered unseasonsed) is the most amazing and natural vers of pemmican I tried. No disrespect to certain youtubers with websites (pemmican tasted like sticky burnt beeswax) nor big grassfed meat site (pemmican tastes like dirt and mushy) but SteadastProvisions for the win! Consistent pemmican that is never burned and natural grassfed beef and I had no issue with taste nor digestion and it is a great satiating way to fuel your activities or start a convenient method for keto/paleo.

This is real pemmican and some of the best I have ever had. It has been over 20 years since I have had this level of quality pemmican. Would highly recommend.
I got 2 of the bricks and cut into 16 pieces (each piece just over a serving). Many pieces crumbled or broke, but I don't care. I put them into smaller groups of "bars/servings" and vacuum sealed them. I took 2 servings on a hike and easily at 2 servings but felt revived and fueled after consuming them. Taste was fine to me...fatty mouth feel, but nothing off putting. This is what I was looking for and for the best price I've found aside from making it myself.

I bought one bar several days before buying the bucket and it was amazing. Great packaging and an exceptional taste.
I bought the bucket containing 40 bars and it is perfect for stocking up some food for whenever things unexpectedly happen.
The only issue I had was that 40 bars doesn’t actually fit inside the bucket, so it arrived opened with several bars loose. Not a major issue but I need to get another container to store those in….before I eat them! Definitely recommend!
I bought a single bar to try before purchasing bulk for food storage and let me say, it was outstanding! As a long time carnivore I can say the taste, texture, and steady energy of the bar was exactly what I was looking for. It has excellent packaging and will have a long shelf life for when the food stores are needed.
If you are used to a diet of high carbs and sweets, the flavor may take some getting used to, but I highly recommend this product!
The size and the pemmican itself and the taste are exactly what we were looking for in a backpacking food and emergency food. And they are Oregon based to boot!
